HAYA F/W 21 is built from two lots: a honey-processed batch from a smallholder co-op in Java's Ijen plateau, and a washed lot from a third-generation farm in Toraja's Bittuang district.
We blend post-roast — never before — so each component gets the development curve it deserves. The honey component carries the fruit; the washed component carries the structure and the milk-based body.
This is the fifth release of the F/W 21 profile. Same farmers, same cup, slightly improved drying protocol with the Toraja lot this season.
